Newspapers that are General Members of the Oregon Newspaper Publishers Association are all qualified to publish legal notices, meeting the requirements detailed in Chapter 193 of the Oregon Revised Statutes. General Members are paid circulation newspapers, with an established publication schedule of at least weekly for one year or more for a general audience.
