General Members are paid circulation newspapers, with an established publication schedule of at least weekly for one year or more for a general audience. These qualifications fit the requirements of ORS 193.010(b). ONPA General Member newspapers, issued daily or weekly, and the cities and counties where they are published, are listed at orenews.com/member-directory.
